Our client is an Allied Company of the international active Group which has more than 58 000 employees and overreached a turnover of about 10 billion US dollars in 2009. Especially the division EMC & inductive Solutions, the annual sales growth of 20 - 25 % in the last four years – a definite proof of trust in the products and service from the customers. Our client develops, manufactures and distributes inductors and EMC components like chip beads, patented snap-ferrites, inductors, transformer, shielding material and high frequency ceramic filters. The first priority at our client company on competent consultation of the customers. Specially trained Salesmen support customers worldwide. The key objective is to give added value to the customer.
Functions: - - You will be responsible for the sales activities in your region in Switzerland.
- - Through product development together with the client, you will be responsible for increasing the sales. - - You will take part in trade conferences and fairs, using these as networking platforms to promote the company's products. - - You will report to the Export Manager responsible from new markets. - - The role is home-office based and the successful candidate will be out of the office visiting customers about 3-4 days a week. - - You will by personal visits meet with clients in Switzerland. - You will meet with both engineers and purchasing officers and managers. You will make the target plan for Switzerland, customer list, and business areas. - - Start building a stock of customers. Increase the number of active customers.
Requirements: - - At least an upper secondary school diploma.
- - Technical experience and knowledge is demanded. - Experience from similar positions and from the business of electronic components is preferable. - - It has to be a mix of technical knowledge and sales experience. - - Fluent German and English is a must - - You are a highly motivated self-starter with the demonstrated ability to practice consultative sales. - - You possess the ability to work under long distance supervision, and organization of your own work is a key success factor for this role. - - You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build long term relationship. - - You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of result orientation and motivation. - - You are proactive and eager to win in the market place.
